Nxora was founded by Jessica Brownlee, who brings over a decade of experience working in safety-critical transportation operations. Her background includes more than 10 years in air traffic control and rail traffic control environments, where real-time decision-making, operational safety, and risk management are critical. That experience directly shapes Nxora’s focus on building systems that help teams identify risk earlier and prevent incidents before they happen; not after.
